South Indian Actress fitness secrets

South Indian beauties who are fit and best in shape share almost the common fitness secrets which are revealed to public recently. Some of the secrets are disclosed below. 
Anushka- the seductive actress of south India is a yoga teacher before getting into modeling. She keeps her 28 year old luscious body fit and in shape through Yoga and binges on fresh fruit juices to shed excessive calories.
Ileana- the slim and sexy Ileana keeps fit and maintains her body with swimming. The actress swims four days a week and remains on low calorie diet which includes fresh vegetables and fruit juices.
Shriya- Shriya Saran who is almost 11 years old in the acting field of south Indian cinema is habituated to the Yoga and also to some fitness regime in GYM. She stays fit and fine by making some yogic asana and also through her strict diet routine.
Farzana- Farzana, the Muslim babe with a sexy naval has a personnel gym trainer who is a Mumbai citizen and gives tips to the beauty. She is said to have own fitness maintaining machines like a thread mill and an all in one work out machine at her friends dwelling which she visits every morning.
Kajal Agarwal- Kajal Agarwal, who is in demand since the hit of “ Magadheera” is said to work out daily in Gym and mainly concentrates on cardio exercises and then her abs. she maintains her body through a normal routine prescribed by her personnel trainer. Her diet intake is said to restrict by a well known dietician in Hyderabad.
Trisha- Trisha maintains her body in shape through Yoga and follows some diet restrictions in order to maintain her shapes and sizes in shape.
